Students Walk a Mile in Others’ Shoes at Living Museum

Each year, our fourth graders participate in the "Living Museum". Students choose a historical figure - living or dead - that interests them, and prepare a live biographical presentation, including costumes and props. On Living Museum day, everyone is invited to come and see the museum come alive and listen to each student's presentation. Students tell above their lives and invite the listeners to ask questions. It's a wonderful way for children to learn about famous people and how they've made a difference in the world, while learning the concept of biography.
