Each year, more than 300 people visit New City School - from around the corner and around the world. We would be happy to welcome you inside our red doors!

Travel Information

New City School is located approximately 12 miles from Lambert St. Louis International Airport, which is about a 25 minute drive. A cab from the airport will cost approximately $30.00. There are a number of hotels within close proximity of New City School:

1. The Chase Hotel – 314-633-3000 (not cheap, but within walking distance, 3 blocks away).

2.Cheshire Inn – 314-647-7300 (mid-level pricing, about a 10 minute drive, on the other side of our local park, not far from a movie theater)

3. Best Western Inn at the Park – 314-367-7500 (this is probably the least expensive of the group, and is a 6-7 block walk from New City).

Both the Chase and Best Western are within walking distance of a number of nice restaurants.

For the Cheshire and Best Western, when you make reservations, inquire about the status of their van, i.e. can you get free transportation to/from New City School? (New City is located at 5209 Waterman, 63108,at the intersection of Waterman and Lake Avenues, on Waterman, one block west of Kingshighway).
